About Our Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Company
Scot oversees the day to day operations of the office and staff with his expertise in business management. Scot strives to hire and train the best office personnel and heating and air conditioning repair and service technicians available. When you call the office don’t be surprised if Scot answers the phone, he’s a hands-on manager. Scot, a native of the St Croix Valley area, has three wonderful children who are his life. Scot loves his job and loves to coach the various children’s sports teams.
Dennis’ experience in the heating and cooling industry dates back to the 1970′s. Dennis oversees the Hoffman Refrigeration & Heating sales staff and interacts on a daily basis with the installation and HVAC maintenance and repair teams. As the sales manager, Dennis is also involved in sales training and continuing education programs for the Hoffman sales and office staff. Dennis prides himself in working hard and making sure he is always available to his customers and his sales consultants. Dennis is also the team manager of Hoffman HVAC softball, which is a Minnesota championship team. Much of Dennis’s free time is dedicated to the success of the softball team. Dennis also volunteers at the local Animal Humane Society on “non-softball” weekends.
Steve is a dedicated, professional man that was added to the Hoffman team back in 2008. Steve’s gregarious personality is widely accepted by his large customer base. Steve is detail oriented and will follow through every aspect of the installation and beyond. Steve currently lives in Hudson with his future wife Megan on his hobby farm.
Andy has been working with Scot and Dennis for the last 23 years. Andy is dedicated, hard working and knows what it takes to get the job done right and on time. Andy demands perfection and perfection is what he will give! Andy is also a Stillwater native who enjoys spending most of his time with his daughter Kalli. Andy enjoys fishing, hunting when he does get time away from Hoffman.
