Our heater stopped working on Christmas Eve. Luckily Scott responded quickly to our call and he scheduled Drew to come check out our furnace within the same day. He had to order some parts to fix our furnace and I was worried we would have to wait a few extra days to get the furnace fixed, but he was able to get the parts in and came to fix our furnace within the next day.
