I wanted to take a moment to appreciate Steve and Isiah for probably the most professional, transparent, and informative sales and service I have ever experienced.
Steve -
He was at our house for about an hour the other week and took his time showing me the condition of my old furnace setup and the improvements that would be needed to solve our problem, which entailed a new furnace and AC.
He then walked me thru the various options provided by your company and was open and honest in terms of pricing, warranty and educated my wife and I on the electrical savings for each model and we ended up selecting a furnace with a heat pump. I was concerned initially at the cost but after reviewing the future savings, rebates etc. we were both sold. It didn’t take long to make up our minds. Finally, Steve called me after installation and walked me thru the rebate and inspection process.
Truly an expert in the equipment, install, financing Steve made it all worth it plus now we have a “guy” for anything in the future which sealed the deal.

Dude was a machine! He showed up at the quoted time window and immediately set to work reviewing what was needed to be done to take out the old units and install the new ones.
He works like 3 men at once, and installed the units and worked to call the electrician who was here and did his work. When I saw the electrician leave (without any issues reported) I knew we were in the home stretch. He then did the thermostat, showed us all its features and then cleaned up all the mess inside and outside without missing a single scrap.
I am glad that we chose your company. I can see the professional, courtesy and transparency and how you train people to be the best at what they do.
Please extend our thanks to everyone at Hoffman (including the admin who took my call) for making our house misery free and cool again. We slept in our living room for two weeks prior and had the best night of sleep that first night after installation.
Thank you again, I will be telling everyone I know about your company.

Easy to schedule. Technician was on time, thorough and honest. Our A/C is old but he didn’t push replacing it. Suggested waiting until unit was no longer cooling as well.

One thing that drew us to them was the fact that when we were trying to troubleshoot the problem, we were given a number of options to try before we needed to call out a technician. When a number of those didn't work, Steve was immediately trying to help us. We took pictures of what we had (an ancient unit looking for its place in a museum somewhere!), and then he was able to tell us that with the age of our A/C unit, we weren't going to be able to fix it. He then gave us options of what it would cost to replace it and the rebates that we could receive. We discussed it, and given the age of our furnace, decided to go ahead and replace both the A/C and furnace at the same time with high energy efficient ones. Hopefully, these will last for many years to come.
They were also able to schedule us right away. They were in an out very quickly and professionally. My husband was impressed with their efficiency in getting the job done. The communication before and after was also very good which was very much appreciated. All questions that we had were answered fully.

Steve facilitated a seamless experience for my air conditioning replacement and offered an exceptional price. It's rare to encounter trustworthy individuals, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone seeking repair or replacement services.
Would highly recommend Hoffman. Chuck was prompt, professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts and vents! We also had a new furnace installed this past winter and received excellent service!

The technician came on time, was efficient and explained things clearly.
I had them come out to repair my AC. Tech came out and very quickly diagnosed a faulty capacitor across the compressor. Replaced the part from his stock on his van. Got the system back up and running quickly. Only issue I still have is don't think tech did complete checkout on full system. Seems like my system is running almost non stop. Turns off for about five minutes and comes back on all day. Not sure if this is normal operation.
Absolutely delighted! I called around 1pm and they had someone here by 5. It was just a part that needed changed, they did it quickly and affordably, I felt that they were honest and fair and will definitley recommend them and call them again. Thrilled to have cool air coming through the vents again!

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner a couple of years ago and service it annually for me. Every experience has been professional and prompt.
We had our air ducts cleaned Hoffman they did an outstanding job. He asked if they had been cleaned before as they were very dirty, I said yes and he said the way they were cleaned that it wasn't the same process. He cut a vacuum port in the return so he could clean from top to bottom great job
Joe K was my tech. He was able to answer all my questions and cleaned my AC unit for routine maintenance. Thanks Joe.
