Furnace not functioning. Technician was promptly sent and diagnosed failed part. After discussion with Drew we felt repairing our 16 year old furnace was not a good plan. Hoffman scheduled a furnace and air conditioner install in a very timely manner. John and partner did excellent work. They were on time, friendly and answered all questions.

Ac went out. Set appointment on line next morning they showed up 5 hours latter we're up and running with new ac unit. Nice

Drew, who handled my annual checkup on my heat pump, was aware of an issue that I had a few months ago without me mentioning it. He found it and fixed it right away! He checked everything over & gave a good update & the cost was minimal!
I can't say enough about how wonderful Hoffman was to work with. They came out quickly. Didn't try to upsell anything. Charged us the same estimate they gave at the beginning. The installer, I think his name is Colton?, was the happiest and most helpful service person I've ever met.

Our AC u it went out while we were out of town over the Labor Day weekend, figured that we would be on a long wait list but Hoffman was on the job right away Tuesday morning. Our tech diagnosed the situation promptly, provided options and walked us through them. Never felt pressure to upgrade the service but felt he a great job of laying out what we could do. He fixed the issue quickly and professionally and we were back to cooling again that morning.
Hoffman was the right choice and we will call again in the future.
