Our A/C unit quit working suddenly. I called at 9:00 PM and was told they could send a technician the next day. We received great service from HVAC Technician Drew. He was thorough and showed me pictures as he diagnosed the problem and fixed the unit quickly. We are extremely pleased with Hoffman Heating and Cooling service and great employees. We have used Hoffman’s on three occasions and have always been pleasantly impressed.
Returned my call even though I didn't leave a message. Diagnosed problem, provided replacement choices, set appt for next morning and accomplished replacement in 4 hours. Estimated bill covered parts, installation, electrical inspection, permit, haul away, and any issues that came up during installation. They are in my phone to call for any issues.
Our AC went out and we called Hoffman and they had their technician out the very next day. The new AC was installed the next day as well. The staff were professional, friendly, and very informative. We used them for installing a new furnace a few years ago and were confident we would receive excellent service and a fair price. I would recommend them without reservation.

Joe was great. He saw what he suspected was a symptom of a larger problem immediately after taking the cover off the furnace. There was evidence that flame was invading the front of the furnace, and was not contained in the fire box - creating an ash residue on the front panel. He took the time to fully investigate and discovered the cracks in the heat exchanger. Our furnace was about 20 years old-no real surprise that the issues we’d been having were attributable to age. Hoffman’s scheduled and replaced our old furnace the next day. We couldn’t be happier. The new furnace is much more energy efficient-so quiet- and the house feels much warmer. Highly recommend Hoffman’s.
Prompt service and got the AC up and running!
The company responded to my left message within 5-minutes, and a technician was dispatched to my home within 30-minutes. The technician was courteous and well qualified. The issue with my air conditioning system was diagnosed within 5-minutes, the needed part was in the work van and installed within another 15-minutes. The repair was quick and professional in every respect, and the price was very fair. I was very satisfied with the work and I would absolutely call this company for any future repair again.
One thing that drew us to them was the fact that when we were trying to troubleshoot the problem, we were given a number of options to try before we needed to call out a technician. When a number of those didn't work, Steve was immediately trying to help us. We took pictures of what we had (an ancient unit looking for its place in a museum somewhere!), and then he was able to tell us that with the age of our A/C unit, we weren't going to be able to fix it. He then gave us options of what it would cost to replace it and the rebates that we could receive. We discussed it, and given the age of our furnace, decided to go ahead and replace both the A/C and furnace at the same time with high energy efficient ones. Hopefully, these will last for many years to come.
They were also able to schedule us right away. They were in an out very quickly and professionally. My husband was impressed with their efficiency in getting the job done. The communication before and after was also very good which was very much appreciated. All questions that we had were answered fully.

We called Hoffman on one of the hottest day due to air conditioner not working. Joe came within an hour and was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure sales but just information. Determined that we needed a new unit and Hoffman Cooling was able to get one the next day. Isiah was excellent and had the unit up and running. Thank you Hoffman Cooling!

I recently had 1 of my 2 air conditioners replaced (after 34 years, it stopped working so it was time). I appreciate the honest information about what was wrong with my system and the reasonable pricing. The work was scheduled and they sent me periodic reminders of the date and updates the day of too. They arrived and reviewed with me all the details of job and then they got to work. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It's hard to find a company that is honest, dependable, and provides quality work! I highly recommend Hoffman Cooling & Heating to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

4 years later and my furnaces continue to work great! I had a question about the PVC piping and I reached out to Hoffman Cooling & Heating who gladly answered my questions and made sure everything was working properly. A great company that responds quickly to any needs and stands behind their work!

Hoffman Cooling & Heating replaced my 2 gas furnaces which were each almost 30 yrs old. I first met with Andy to get an estimate. He was honest about what I actually needed. I was told that Hoffman Cooling & Heating strives to provide "good quality products at good prices" and I really felt like they honored that. When the team (Dan & his apprentice, Bobby, and Mike) came out to do the work they were on time, efficient, completed their work, and left the area clean. I asked a lot of questions and they were all willing to share information with me to help me understand the system and the work being done. I really got the impression that the owner, Scot, values his team, takes pride in the work his team does, and cares about those he provides service to. I would recommend HC&H to others.

My air conditioner did not work after being serviced by a different company (name rimes with zero). I waited by the phone for 2 days waiting for a tech which never came. send out but no one came. I contacted Hoffman Heating & Air Conditioning at 7:00pm on Saturday night. It was 83 degrees inside & muggy upper 90s outside. Hoffman H&AC had a full schedule already but found time and sent a tech Joe) on Sunday morning at 10:00 am. Joe quickly found the problem and my ac was running by 10:30 am. Joe is a great tech, knows what he is doing, is professional, courteous and a nice guy. I highly recommend Hoffman H&AC who will be my new service company. Thank you for helping me out so quickly and during the height of a heat wave!
