I cannot say enough amazing things about this company and the people who came out to help with our AC line issue. From the very beginning, they were absolutely professional, honest, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can truly tell when people care about the work they do and care about their customers, and that is exactly the kind of experience we had with them.
They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to inspect the issue thoroughly instead of rushing through the appointment. What I appreciated most was how patient and kind they were throughout the entire process. Drew was once again, great. I am looking at replacing my 26-year-old unit, but Drew has been completely honest in terms of whether or not it is reasonable to replace the compressor or wait until the whole A/C system dies. As it's end of summer, I am planning on just waiting until the unit dies, then will have Hoffman do the entire HVAC.
