I booked the vent and furnace cleaning because my house was always dusty. I knew when I saw dirty-looking drips in the bathroom it was bad.
I was slightly out of the offered area, but a technician lived my way and could come by as his last appointment on the way home.
The person I spoke to on the phone was kind and knowledgeable. I was booked within the month and the entire service took 30 minutes at most. I had my vents, dryer, and furnace cleaned. I could hear the debris running through the vac hose. Can't beat the price!
Will update after a few weeks to see if my dust problem has been lessened.

I recently had them replace my 30-year-old furnace through an energy assistance program and everything seemed well, then Dean came and inspected the new furnace the next day and apparently wasn't happy with the performance of the new one but wasn't telling me much. I was contacted again to come inspect the furnace performance a day or two later and they came and checked it out and determined the new furnace was defective, which they didn't tell me until after they left my residence. I had called them because I no longer had heat and the guy on the phone told me the new furnace was going to be replaced. They came and replaced the new one with another new one and everything has been perfect since, but I guess the only reason I gave a 4-star review is because communication could definitely be better as far as the equipment they are installing and if they are having some issues with things it would be nice to be kept in the loop. But otherwise they were all very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend Hoffman to other people.

We purchased a new furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump in May of 2025. After interviewing several companies, we selected Hoffman, as they had all the answers for us and more we had not thought of. Everything was done 1st class, and we were kept well informed as well. Then, as the work was completed, it failed the city inspection. Not Hoffman's fault, but they worked with the city and the problem was solved to everyone's satisfaction. Since then, we have had some issues with the operation. Salesman Steve won us over from the start and was very helpful to us with these issues and with rebates as well. Today, we had a visit from Dean, which we requested, concerning the operation of the thermostat. Like everyone at Hoffman, Dean was just the right guy for us.
