Our technician Drew was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to diagnose our issue within minutes and provided suggestions. Additionally, he took the time to look at our furnace (no issues and didn't ask him to), but it was to help us understand the age of our heating/cooling units as both are nearing end of life. Some may call it upselling, but there was no pressure to replace either unit, just helping first-time homeowners understand and prepare in advance. I'd recommend Hoffman and will definitely use them again for future HVAC needs.

Hoffman Cooling & Heating replaced my two gas furnaces, which were each almost 30 years old. I first met with Andy to get an estimate. He was honest about what I actually needed. I was told that Hoffman Cooling & Heating strives to provide 'good quality products at good prices,' and I really felt like they honored that. When the team (Dan & his apprentice, Bobby, and Mike) came out to do the work, they were on time, efficient, completed their work, and left the area clean. I asked a lot of questions and they were all willing to share information with me to help me understand the system and the work being done. I really got the impression that the owner, Scot, values his team, takes pride in the work his team does, and cares about those he provides service to. I would recommend HC&H to others.

Lost a furnace and AC over the weekend. Priced out 7 different companies, and you can’t beat Hoffman from a price and service combination. They offer what is universally recognized as the best HVAC brand in Lennox and provided the second lowest quote we received on a 97% efficiency furnace and AC with heat pump and humidifier (most quotes were $5k higher on worse brands, the lower quote was provided by the company who sold the furnace we were replacing after 9 years). When we decided to go with them, we were on the schedule for the next morning and they did a great job with the system. Any company big enough to have a TV ad you’re paying more for marketing overhead; too small and they won’t have the availability to install for weeks, and I’d question the service provided in a warranty emergency.

The communication was like nothing I have ever experienced before! They were on top of it from start to finish and the process was so smooth and timely. Steve was so knowledgeable and really took the time to go over the equipment and educate us. He was so easy to work with from the start. And the best news was that he is our go-to guy for any issues or problems we ran into during the installation and into the future. They also communicated throughout the process and took the time to train us on how to use the new system. They cleaned everything up and took it all away. Recently, during these 90+ degree days, I found my air conditioner not working. RIP. From A-Z, Hoffman Cooling & Heating took care of me. Steve in sales was very quick in replying to all my questions and gave several options for a new air conditioner, explaining them in detail. I contacted them on Thursday, and the following Monday I had a new unit installed. Andrew was my installer and was so easy to work with. Very thorough and answered any question I had. The tech, Chuck, first came out and was able to instantly determine our ducts had never been cleaned and informed me it was too cold to run the equipment safely and effectively because of the distance from our yard to our door. I appreciated the honesty instead of fear-mongering and doing quick, ineffective work as some other types of companies have done. The company let me reschedule for months later when weather was better and keep my pricing.
