Everything Has Been Perfect Since Mar 19, 2026

I recently had them replace my 30-year-old furnace through an energy assistance program and everything seemed well, then Dean came and inspected the new furnace the next day and apparently wasn't happy with the performance of the new one but wasn't telling me much. I was contacted again to come inspect the furnace performance a day or two later and they came and checked it out and determined the new furnace was defective, which they didn't tell me until after they left my residence. I had called them because I no longer had heat and the guy on the phone told me the new furnace was going to be replaced. They came and replaced the new one with another new one and everything has been perfect since, but I guess the only reason I gave a 4-star review is because communication could definitely be better as far as the equipment they are installing and if they are having some issues with things it would be nice to be kept in the loop. But otherwise they were all very pleasant to work with and I would definitely recommend Hoffman to other people.

Everyone I dealt with, from the estimator to the installers, was great. Andy explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The timeline was amazing. I can't believe how quiet the furnace is compared to my old one!

Steve (sales) was very helpful and professional. Our furnace had a bad/rusted-out firebox and would not heat the air. After basic (unsuccessful) troubleshooting, Steve arranged for his crew to arrive early next morning to do more in-depth checks. It was determined that the best course of action was furnace replacement. The crew of triple A's (Andy, (an)Drew and Andrew) was like a 4x100 meter relay team - fast, focused and reliable to finish the job the same day. We were very pleased! Big thank you to all! IB

Hoffman Has Beat Everyone on Price and Service Feb 6, 2026

Elliot is a savior in MN!! I’ve been in my house almost 9 years and Hoffman has literally beat out everyone on price and service. When I needed a new furnace no one beat them in price and availability, even the company who wrongly diagnosed my furnace and left me and my family to live unsafe couldn’t beat them. Now today, he showed up when no one else did even when they confirmed they would. Hoffman all the way!!

Steve was fantastic! Our furnace went out on the coldest day of the year, and he helped us get a new furnace purchased and installed in less than 24 hours. Out of all the major competitors, Hoffman was the only one that had a real person talk to me. The tech team was fantastic and super efficient. I'm very impressed and would recommend over any other company!
