Flawless Installation Process Feb 19, 2025

Everything, from contact through installation, was flawless. The pitch was informative, and I didn't feel any pressure to immediately accept. We chose to buy Lennox because the AC we had installed 4 years prior is efficient and works as expected. We were informed throughout the process of scheduling the installation, on-time arrival, and completion. We are very satisfied customers.

The guys were all really nice and helpful. It started out as a routine maintenance appointment, but the week of the appointment, I realized that wasn't going to be the case (lots of rattling). The guy assessed it and offered me both options, repair and replace. They were able to replace the next day and were done in only a few hours. The guys were efficient and respectful.

During the hottest days of the summer, our old AC unit stopped working and needed to be replaced. Hoffman and Colton Butler saved the day. My husband and I were impressed with Colton’s expertise and professionalism. When Colton arrived, he immediately started dealing with the installation. He kept us informed of the process as he was working. And when the installation was complete, he thoroughly explained about the new unit and how to care for it. I am now writing this in the comfort of my cool home. Thank you Hoffman and Colton! Another positive experience with Hoffman Cooling and Heating! We had an issue and contacted Hoffman for service. Bobby came and diagnosed the problem. Bobby did a great job! He was courteous and professional when explaining what was happening. He also kept us informed about his progress. Same-day estimate, and their price on American-made quality units as well as variety is stunning! Andy was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with getting me the right quote and the best equipment. They do not try to oversell or create a problem. They have 10 years of free parts and labor on their top-quality Lennox machines, and they are so quiet! The installation took less than 4 hours as opposed to other companies that said it would take a whole day, and their technicians were kind, respectful, and helpful. We could not be happier, and suggest Hoffman Cooling & Heating to all people who have problems with their current AC & or furnace or want to replace it. This company may not be the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive, but when you find out where Carrier and other brands are produced, Lennox does not cut any corners, nor does Hoffman. Quality is what we wanted, and quality is what we got. Thank you!

Hoffman AC & Heating was the hero Aug 3, 2024

We unexpectedly had a leak last weekend and had to turn our AC off during this heat. I have 3 young boys aged 6 and under. It was too hot to not take any action, so I called around town to see who could come to our rescue. Hoffman AC & Heating was the hero in my story. Steve was my point of contact. He is easy to work with and provided answers to all my concerns and questions. This makes me feel confident in my decision to replace our AC unit for a better, more efficient unit that will last us a long time. Steve was able to get his installer guys out to our home the following day, and they got the job done within 2 hours. Not only that, since we didn’t expect such a big expense, Hoffman AC & Heating was able to work out a deal with me without running my credit score to finance. This helps me out a lot since I’m a young mother supporting my family. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in need of AC or Heating help. If you are going to invest, invest in people who are experts! I am very happy to be in my cool home during this heat. Thank you Hoffman’s team for the help!

If you need to have your AC replaced you have to talk to Hoffman. Scott, who came to my house to give me a quote, was to start very easy to talk to and genuine. He also gave me a lot more info than what the others that quoted before him. Not only was he more detailed, he gave me tips to help my system become as efficient as possible that I was unaware of. He also was upfront on what to watch out for on other quotes and the questions I should be asking. The only reason someone does that is because they are confident on what I will find, talking to others. The installer Ryan was also very helpful and did an excellent job. Explained everything in detail until I understood. Very patient and not pushy. Every step of the way I have been very impressed. Scott even put his cell number on my phone and said going forward he will be the only one talking to me for anything, even weekends or holidays. He is my main contact and I am not getting pushed off on someone else. Without a doubt, you have to include Hoffman on any quotes you get and won't be disappointed. I am extremely happy with everything!
