The tech, Chuck, first came out and was able to instantly determine our ducts had never been cleaned and informed me it was too cold to run the equipment safely and effectively because of the distance from our yard to our door. I appreciated the honesty instead of fear-mongering and doing quick, ineffective work as some other types of companies have done. The company let me reschedule for months later when weather was better and keep my pricing. Chuck returned and did such a great job cleaning out our ducts in our 1940's home, I noticed immediately the smell of my home improved 100%! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, just a great experience overall.

Colton handled the replacement of my very old and large air conditioner like a pro, by himself, in 90-degree weather. Replacing the coil was in the upstairs furnace closet which is tiny, and extremely hot, approaching 100 degrees. He was drenched... but sang musical tunes along with YouTube! Not only did he give me the gift of air conditioning, he showed the way through a very challenging situation. He persevered with one-liners, a smile, and music. I have new respect for all you guys, especially Colton, who worked late into the evening, even taking extra time to explain what he had done and how to care for the new unit. I wish you well!
