We worked with Hoffman Cooling and Heating to replace our furnace and air conditioner that went out. This team was professional and courteous from start to finish. The communication was like nothing I have ever experienced before! They were on top of it from start to finish and the process was so smooth and timely. Steve was so knowledgeable and really took the time to go over the equipment and educate us. He was so easy to work with from the start. And the best news was that he is our go-to guy for any issues or problems we ran into during the installation and into the future. They arrived right when they said they would and the installers were professional, courteous, clean, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. They also communicated throughout the process and took the time to train us on how to use the new system. They cleaned everything up and took it all away. And Scot (the owner) was there every step of the way, checking in and following up to make sure all our expectations were met and that they provided the best experience possible. I would definitely work with them again in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends that need their services. Recently, during these 90+ degree days, I found my air conditioner not working. RIP. From A-Z, Hoffman Cooling & Heating took care of me. Steve in sales was very quick in replying to all my questions and gave several options for a new air conditioner, explaining them in detail. I contacted them on Thursday, and the following Monday I had a new unit installed. Andrew was my installer and was so easy to work with. Very thorough and answered any question I had. Hoffman had the best price and warranty of all the companies I contacted. Five stars!

The tech, Chuck, first came out and was able to instantly determine our ducts had never been cleaned and informed me it was too cold to run the equipment safely and effectively because of the distance from our yard to our door. I appreciated the honesty instead of fear-mongering and doing quick, ineffective work as some other types of companies have done. The company let me reschedule for months later when weather was better and keep my pricing. Chuck returned and did such a great job cleaning out our ducts in our 1940's home, I noticed immediately the smell of my home improved 100%! Colton handled the replacement of my very old and large air conditioner like a pro, by himself, in 90-degree weather. Replacing the coil was in the upstairs furnace closet which is tiny, and extremely hot, approaching 100 degrees. He was drenched... but sang musical tunes along with YouTube! Not only did he give me the gift of air conditioning, he showed the way through a very challenging situation. He persevered with one-liners, a smile, and music. I have new respect for all you guys, especially Colton, who worked late into the evening, even taking extra time to explain what he had done and how to care for the new unit. I wish you well!
