So far, so great! I just had my furnace and air conditioner replaced with a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump/A/C unit combined. Looks great and new. The installers spent a lot of time going over what they did and how to properly operate the system. I am very impressed so far with how quiet everything is. They did great work and cleaned up everything as well. I could not have asked for a better job. If you decide to try this company, I would specifically ask for Steve for consultation to begin with. He was so helpful and educational! I will tell you that you don't know how much you don't know about your home's heating and cooling systems. Steve will build a bridge over that gap and help you to the finish line.

Very Pleased with Hoffman Apr 22, 2026

Had a new furnace and AC installed. Was done in a day, and they just came out to get AC ready for startup. Also had ducts cleaned. All that came out were friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up the mess from installation. I was impressed with information on new system and what to look for even if I choose another company. Very pleased, Hoffman.

My air ducting was cleaned today, and later next week we will have an air conditioner and furnace installed by them. So far great service and the friendliest of staff. Steve was my sales rep and educated me on furnaces and air conditioning units. Chuck cleaned my ducts and also gave me some education on ways to keep dust down and help my furnace run better in the future. Would highly recommend this company!

Everything Was Done 1st Class Feb 10, 2026

We purchased a new furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump in May of 2025. After interviewing several companies, we selected Hoffman, as they had all the answers for us and more we had not thought of. Everything was done 1st class, and we were kept well informed as well. Then, as the work was completed, it failed the city inspection. Not Hoffman's fault, but they worked with the city and the problem was solved to everyone's satisfaction. Since then, we have had some issues with the operation. Salesman Steve won us over from the start and was very helpful to us with these issues and with rebates as well. Great customer service. High-quality installation. Worked with the city on my behalf when the city forgot to do their inspections. Complimentary duct cleaning used great technology and was kind enough to teach me a lot while performing the cleaning. Kind people.
